General terms and conditions

Arrival: The reserved apartment will be at your disposal from 2:00 pm
Departure: We kindly ask you to leave the apartment within 10:00 am

In case of short stays (less than 5 overnight stays) a little surcharge will be applied.

Children's price list:
For children under 3 year of age we apply a reduction of € 4.00 / per day. This amount will be deducted from the total price.
For children until 10 years of age we apply a reduction of € 2.00 / per day. The amount will be deducted from the total price.

Pets: small-sized dogs and cats are allowed: please note that a surcharge of € 3.50 / per day will be applied. No food provided.
